Currywurst mit Low Carb Currysauce

Ein superleckeres und einfaches Rezept für eine Low Carb Currywurst. Für sie Sauce verwenden wir Xucker light anstelle von normalem Zucker. Viel Spaß beim nachkochen.

Directions

Preparation

1Grab a big glass of beer first

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees

3In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink and drain on paper towels

Make it

1In a large bowl, combine 1¾ cups shredded cheddar cheese and the next seven ingredients

2Fold in the hash brown potatoes

3Spray some PAM Spray on the bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan

4Spread half of the hash brown mixture into the 9x13 pan

5Top with sausage and remaining hash brown mixture

6Sprinkle with ¾ cup shredded cheese

Cook it

1Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes

2Uncover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through (I did 20)

3 120 Minutes

1 Dose Dosentomaten

2 EL Xucker light

1 EL Currypulver

1 EL Currypaste

2 EL Tomatenmark

Salz und Pfeffer
